I could not find a lot on this state, and I double checked the Association for Driver Rehabilitation Specialist website twice before publishing this blog. Non-Driving Schools: 

MossRehab Driving Program 

Located in both Jenkintown and even in Wilmington, Delaware, this program is certified by the Association for Driver Rehabilitation Specialist. They have clinical assessments, road training, assistive tech training, and state exam tutoring services. The page has a downloadable FAQ page that goes over most of the information, including payment details.

Delaware Network for Excellence in Autism

Located over at Newark, they run a practice traffic stop program for autistic individuals in the car. Their website includes a video on a traffic stop along with sign-ups for any upcoming in-person traffic practice events.
