Drive Rehab Hawaii 

Services include driver education, training, evaluation, consultation, and on-road assessments. Evaluations cover physical, cognitive, visual, perceptual, and behavioral skills of individuals. It is worth noting that Sandra Wataoka is one of the very few driver rehab specialists in Hawaii. As of 5/27/2023, this provider is not accepting clients for now.
